1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take an extra 1-2 days. We’ll notify you if there’s a delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order ships, not when you place it.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package anytime through the link provided or in your gm mall account under "Orders".

4. Shipping Delays
We work with trusted courier partners, but occasional delays can happen due to weather, customs, or courier backlogs. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we’ll investigate right away.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gmstore.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.

6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. gm mall is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately at support@gmstorepk4.com.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. gm mall has no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
